Three students from the University of Tromsø built a 22 megapixel display wall. Combined with a 13.3 gigapixels picture, the result is amazing.
To build the wall, they used 28 projectors, each one capable creating an 1024×768 image. The final image had a resolution of 7168×3072 pixels.
